Toyin Aimakhu, Kunle Afod join cast of upcoming Nollywood adventure, ‘Mentally’

• 'Mentally' is a follow up to Abinibi’s short film, 'Honourable' which made the selection for the third edition of Masharaki African Film Festival.

Nollywood acts, Toyin Aimakhu, Kunle Afod, Rotimi Salami and a host of other notable faces have been added to the cast of Mentally.

The upcoming Nollywood adventure comedy is produced, written and directed by James Abinibi.

TNS was recently on set of the forthcoming film and here is what’s known.

Mentally will feature fictional characters with supernatural powers, displaying hilarious stunts; which includes running around with super speed and moving on hover boards in a village setting.

We can’t wait to see how James Abinibi pulls this off.

Other casts of the movie are Adekunle Gold, Yaw, Kunle ‘Frank Donga’ Idowu and Woli Arole – who recently caused excitement at Oshodi Park, Lagos while shooting past scenes.

Also featuring in the movie are Jude Chukwuka, former Big Brother Naija housemate, Soma, Senator Comedian, Sunkanmi Omobolanle, Erick Didie, Wale Waves, Koloman Prosper and Chima Raphael.

Mentally is a follow up to Abinibi’s short film, Honourable which made the selection for the third edition of Masharaki African Film Festival under the ‘African Short Fiction’ category.
